Our Ministry of Digital Technology is a pupil‑led group that meets regularly to promote positive, creative and responsible use of digital technology across the school.
Members of the ministry work together to develop their own digital skills while supporting others to build confidence with technology. They take an active role in shaping how digital tools are used in learning, helping to ensure technology enhances creativity, collaboration and problem‑solving.
The pupils meet regularly to:
- explore and promote digital skills across the school
- support younger learners and peers with technology
- share ideas for using digital tools safely, responsibly and purposefully
- plan and lead digital initiatives that benefit the wider school community

Bee-Bot Club
This term, the Ministry of Digital Technology is planning and promoting a Beebot Club for younger learners. The club is designed to introduce early coding and computational thinking skills in a fun, practical way.
Through the Beebot Club, pupils will help younger children to:
- give simple instructions and programmes
- predict and test outcomes
- develop problem‑solving and logical thinking
- build confidence with early coding concepts
This leadership role allows ministry members to act as role models, sharing their expertise while developing communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
The Ministry of Digital Technology plays an important part in preparing our pupils to be confident, capable and responsible digital citizens.
